I am the #1 advocate for versatile pieces in your closet. This sweater is not that. BUT we all need a little spice in our lives. This coming from the girl that sat fifth row at the Spice Girls concert, bought the t-shirt and yes, even a ring that I refused to take off. So for all of us that lived and breathed everything Spice Girls, think of this sweater as the spice in your life just in time for spring.
You may be thinking, “a sweater for spring?” I say yes! The transition to spring isn’t always a defined route. Temperature jumps and chilly nights call for that extra knit. Although, I am convinced that Puxatony Phil was incorrect this time as spring has made an early arrival in the Florida panhandle (not complaining, just an observation). I love pairing spring sweaters with white jeans for now then jean shorts later. Plus, this pom pom version just triggers that spring spirit in all of us as winter subsides and warm temperatures return. I secretly wish I could wear pieces like this sweater all. the. time. But, living in a world focused on budgeting, I am forced to be an #outfitrepeater. And well, this sweater is memorable (hence, not easily worn over and over again without someone noticing 😂). However, every once and awhile this eye-catching sweater is called for. With that in mind, I pulled a few more sweaters that can transition easily into spring:
Give me a sweater that resembles sprinkles and you know I am obsessed. I feel like you all with LOVE this one too! How do you shop for cool temperatures with spring in mind?
